Large Radiology Practice looking for Executive Director/Practice Administrator to be responsible for executing overall organizational objectives of 19 person radiology practice. Looking for a strong business professional with skill sets capable of overall running of multi office practice. Must be able to direct internal teams and external services.  This position is for a “self starter” with a focus on performance and successful financial results. Looking for measureable accomplishments in running a free standing radiology practice.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Human Resource Management – Oversees all aspects of human resources management of employees including hiring, termination, developing job descriptions, setting compensation and insurance/benefits packages.

Marketing Management – Strategic planning, development, implementation of marketing strategies of practice. Lead person for practice in community with focus on practice relationships and growth. Will represent practice in all local, state and national related organizations. Looking for Community conscious person

Financial Management – Oversees the overall accounting functions of practice. Responsible for budgeting, auditing, financial analysis, capital asset, property management and payroll. Must have strong experience in overseeing a large billing operation. Regular review and reporting and analysis of billing, organizational expenses and implementing changes for cost reduction. Regular review and QA of billing results.

Strategic Management – Participates in development and implementation of short and long range goals, policies and procedures. Establishes a plan to achieve practice goals.

Compliance Management – Protects practice legal interests. Responsible for practice compliance with state and federal laws. Develop, implement and knowledge of upcoming technological updates with regard to regulations.

Requirements:

1.      MBA or MHA STRONGLY PREFERRED

2.      5 – 10 yrs running a business/practice specially in radiology

3.      Management and administrative experience

4.      Radiology knowledge preferred

5.      Financial, marketing, business expertise

6.      ARRT preferred
